Hi, I recently bought a iPod Touch and I broke the prison and also an application called "Installous" I've heard Cydia illegal.

Well, a few days ago I accidentally dropped my iPod Touch completely in a swimming pool and the battery is destroyed, and I want to know if I send my iPod touch for the block to get it fixed because my warranty.

But I fear that you can get a ticket or some kind of fine.

Can you please tell me what is perhaps the worst punishment when they find out because there is no way I can clear my ipod off and then the application
